How do I track my order?

You can see how your order is tracking by simply logging into your My Account section. Once your order has been shipped you can request a tracking number.

You can also track your order by going to the Auspost website and entering your tracking number.

Do I need to be home to sign for the delivery?

No. If you aren’t home when the courier calls in, the driver will leave a calling card which you can use to organise another delivery time that is convenient for you.

When can I expect my delivery?

 4-7 Business Days

We only ship on Tuesdays 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to New Zealand.
