What if the product I want is out of stock?
We aim to have 99.9% of our products in stock at our warehouse. This helps us get the orders to you super quickly!
If we do run out of stock of an item, it won’t be available to purchase but we can advise on the E.T.A
How do I cancel or change my order after I have submitted it?
We can cancel or change your order up to the time that the order has been sent and you have received the order shipped email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal – Credit or Debit Card, Afterpay and POLi – bank deposit
How can I check up on the status of my order?
After you have placed your order on cosypooch.co.nz we will send you an email confirmation. Please check your spam folders on your email as sometimes our order confirmations end up here.
You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account and then going to Order History.
If anything happens to your order we will let you know.
